FACTS Entry App retirement: time to plan your next step in visitor management and compliance.

We continually evolve our solutions to help schools manage their communities with confidence. As part of this work, the FACTS Entry App will be retired on 31 December 2026. After this date, the app will no longer be available, and support and maintenance will end.

This change supports the continued expansion of the FACTS School Management ecosystem. As you may have seen, we recently welcomed Passtab into the FACTS family. Passtab is a school-focused visitor management and compliance platform that is now part of our broader, connected FACTS solution. It offers enhanced capabilities across visitor management, attendance, safeguarding and compliance, building on the foundations established by the Entry App.
 

What this means for your school:

• You can continue using the Entry App as normal until 31 December 2026.
• From 1 January 2027, the Entry App will no longer be available, and support will not be provided.
• Your historical visitor data is safe. Everything recorded on the Entry tablet already flows via your school management database (LATE table).

Over the coming months, we encourage you to plan for your school’s next phase of visitor management as part of your broader FACTS environment. Passtab is now available as part of the FACTS ecosystem and has been designed to support schools with more comprehensive visitor and compliance needs.

1. Will the Entry App stop working on 31 December 2026? 
   Yes. The Entry App remains available and fully supported until 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027, it will no longer be available for use, and the connection between FACTS Entry tables and the database will be removed.
2. Will there be support during the transition?

3. Will we lose our historical visitor records? 
   No. Your records already reside in your school's main database (LATE table) and will remain there.
