Task Allocation to Staff
Currently we have a running spreadsheet or occasionally email staff for actions to be made on a student/caregiver/debtor/creditor FACTS such as:
- Contact caregiver for updated email address (incorrect in system)
- Contact caregiver for updated mobile (incorrect in system)
- Contact caregiver for updated asthma plan for student
- Caregiver called to discuss subject changes
- Contact Debtor for missed debit
- Contact Debtor for new account details (incorrect in system)
- Contact Creditor regarding invoice #### invoice amount incorrect, should be $$$$.
- etc.
It would be great to have the functionality to assign tasks to staff in FACTS on student, caregiver, debtor, creditor profiles etc.
