Trial Balance not Balancing in Spider

Path: General Ledger>Trial Balance 

Check the Trial Balance 

Scroll down as shown below to check if the Trial Balance is in balance - the indicators as highlighted show this Trial Balance has no variance - if it has a variance it will show the amount of the variance in the spaces indicated by the RED ARROW 

To Correct a Trial Balance Mismatch

Check the amount of the variance - Check on the Trial Balance if a debit or a credit issue

This will help with assessing what likely batches to check first

The Batch report allows you to run a report on any of the Batch Groups:

• Payments
• Batch Receipts
• Journals
• Payroll 
• Creditor Invoice
• Creditor Payments
• Online Receipts
• Debtors Accrual
• Pay Cancel

Check the entries, and dissections :  Debits and credits of each Batch balances = Debits and credits
